A late medieval church by the beautiful river of Enge has a well-cared-for churchyard and a baroque altar and pulpit (Christian Ackermann). Rebuilt in the 19th century. The belfry, which is a unique monument to the heroes of the Estonian War of Independence (architect Alar Kotli, 1933, sculptor Richard Vasard-Hammer), survived the Soviet years; the sculptures “Peasant” and “Soldier” were reinstalled in 1988.
