This spacious and tall Saare-Lääne cathedral in the castle of Haapsalu is famous for the White Lady believed to appear at the window of its baptismal chapel (XV) on moonlit August nights. The congregation was dispossessed of the church during the Soviet times, but in 1990, the church was reconsecrated and restored.
